KP06 and GP12N upload issue:"Value 000 in field "Posting period" is less than 1

Dear Experts

I am facing problem with uploading file and getting errors as mentioned.

Message details: Value 000 in field "Posting period" is less than 1

Message no. K9019

I have doubt in Default parameters and File format. Can any body send the  the screen shots of default parameters and sample files for KP06 and GP12N separately.

Please help me.Its very urgent
