Having worked on fiori/UI5, when someone asks me 'What is UI5?' I could say "A JavaScript Library" & for this question 'What is Fiori?' i usually start giving a very big explanation to them. But considering the question 'what is it?' it really has to have a single term that could mean it or at least a very short answer that describes it. On thinking to find the single word definition i couldn't settle with one as many of them comes to my mind & some of those are,
- App(s)
- User Experience
- Design (Interaction design /Visual design)
- Grouping of certain technologies (UI5, oData, HANA)
- Set of guidelines / Standards
- Concept
- Product
Though it's a generic question, literally it should point out to a single term. I'm interested in knowing how anyone would term it & if possible along with their justification.
