Scenario: SLM is installed on SRM server as add-on.
Issue: We have implemented SRM Workflow & SLM workflows and facing the issue during the approval of these work items.
For SLM related workitem, SAP has provided a separate inbox “IBO_WDA_INBOX” for SLM ,where user can navigate to inbox which he can find in the “SLM” tab and approve the work item.
Similarly for SRM related objects, user will go to the “Work Overview” tab which is a general tab in the NWBC and approve the workitem.
But ,both work items are appearing in the both inbox and when user try to approve the SRM related workitem , in “SLM Inbox” , he can view the item ,but there are no “APPROVE” or “REJECT” buttons , same for the SLM related workitem in “Work Overview” tab.
It is really making user confuse, as some user have both SRM and SLM access.
Is there any way we can merge these two work inbox into a single, ie can we move SLM inbox to Centralized ““Work Overview” tab?
