I have to replace Rs. with the rupee symbol. I read other posts and tried the solutions but did not get the answer. Firstly, I tried the following steps and it does not work for me:
1. You can download the rupee font from the link : [Rupee symbol|http://blog.foradian.com/font-with-indian-rupee-symbol-download-and-us]
2. Using the SE73 transaction, Install True Type Font And Give Name To Font
After these two steps now the symbol is ready to use. You can use the symbol in your smartform style.
NOTE:- To Insert Rupee symbole You Have To Press ` Button Near To 1 Key.
Some times it may not be display in editor or in print Preview but it will be getting printed in the output ie printout.
Then the following:
If you have a Unoicode system, you should be able to copy and paste the symbol into a smartform text or pass it in via a symbol. Then if you process the smartform via Unicode cascading fonts device type SWINCF, the Rupee symbol should be displayed in the print preview and should also be printed.
Can anyone tell me how can I check weather my system is unicode or not? If not also, can I insert the rupee symbol? Please guide.
