unable to ping sld in nwds 7.3, but if i try it on basis team system , it works

Hi

NWDS 7.3. Fresh NWDI etup has done. Before this no NWDI.

I try to ping sld through my machin , its show unreachable.

But same thing wotk on basis team system.

is this proxy problem? or else or i will need some authorization or roles?
