Is there a standard solution to implement the functionality of compensatory leave through poitive time recording. The scenario is as follows:
If an employee works on a off day(eg. sunday) or on a public holiday, he is eligible for a compensatory leave that is valid for 90 days. The compensatory leaves can be accumulated, but they will all have different validity periods.
Any tips or solution will be helpful.
