Hi,
My requirement is the Org ID assigned to a location should be saved in Incident's Basic Info when an Incident is reported.
Currently the field for Org ID is blank (in table for Inc Basic data) for all incidents reported.
Is there a BADI that is called when we report an incident (before it is saved) and that can be used to pass Org ID to basic info of an incident?
Or is there any other way to achieve this?
